Order Cancellation:

• If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and no refunds will be issued as every product is custom-made.
• To cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order, please send an email to hello@rorosammy.com with the following details:
  • Order ID
  • Your name
  • Your phone number

Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds for any orders. Once an order is processed, it cannot be refunded due to the custom nature of our products.

Product Unboxing:

• We advise customers to make a small clip of the product while unboxing the package. This helps document the condition of the product upon delivery.

Return Requests:

• We do not accept return requests after 7 days of delivery. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within this timeframe.
