Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Broken Products:

    • If you receive an order that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, you can raise a request for a claim within 10 days of delivery. After this period, you will have to bear the loss.
    • To raise a claim, please email us at support@rorosammy.com with proper images of the product showing the defect and the original packaging.
    • Upon verification, we will re-print and ship a new product to you at no additional cost.
  2. Exchange or Return Due to Wrong Size Ordered:

    • If you need to exchange or return a product because a wrong size was ordered or for any reason other than a defect, the exchange or return will be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
    • For size discrepancies, please provide images of the product along with the size measurement to check with our production team.
  3. General Return Requests:

    • If you wish to return an order/product for any reason, you can arrange a reverse pickup within 5 days of delivery.
    • To arrange a reverse pickup, follow these steps:
      1. If there were any size discrepancies, provide images of the product along with the size measurement.
      2. We advise customers to carefully unbox the package. If the package is damaged while opening it with a scissor or any other sharp object, a refund will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or images of the courier cover.
      3. If any damage is noticed on the package while receiving it from the courier, mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us claim the refund from the courier service.
  4. Unboxing Advice:

    • We advise customers to make a small clip of the product while unboxing the package. This helps in documenting the condition of the product upon delivery.
  5. Return Period:

    • We do not accept return requests after 7 days of delivery. Please contact us within this timeframe if you encounter any issues with your order.
